About Us

The Office of Accountability & Assessment provides school and district stakeholders with the information they need to measure the academic progress of students in Okeechobee County Schools.  As a part of these efforts, we also coordinate the School Improvement Planning process, as well as support for schools based on the ESSA Federal index.  Our office is also responsible for public accountability and reporting programs, such as school grades.

In addition, the office oversees the administration of local, state, and national exams throughout the year.
