●We will see everyone for school tomorrow! ●2nd Grade APTT meetings from 8:00-9:00 a.m. (9/27) tomorrow morning! ●1st Grade APTT meetings that were scheduled for today are rescheduled to Oct. 8th.
Reminder: APTT Meetings
All APTT team meetings will be 60 minutes in length. The meetings will cover the following:
A review of student progress data
The establishment of academic goals
A demonstration of activities to use at home with your child
Meetings are held in your child’s homeroom teacher’s classroom

💙We will be celebrating Grandparents' Day at South Elementary on Tuesday, September 10th!
💙We would like to invite Grandparents to South Elementary to have lunch with their Grandchildren during the student's scheduled lunch.
•Tables will be set up in the cafetorium for lunch and there are picnic tables with umbrellas in the courtyard.
•Please remind grandparents to bring their ID and any grandparent attending must be listed in Skyward by the parent as a contact for the student. (Parents can only update this in person so please plan ahead for this if needed.)
•They may bring lunch or purchase a school lunch for $5.00.

Thank you for your part in making this a successful week for our Eagles! We appreciate you all!
The district office is still working to get the parent communication portion- Rooms (replaces Class Dojo) of the new Apptegy program they purchased for schools to utilize this school year set up.
Until they have this resolved, please check your child's agenda daily like always and email teachers as needed. Our South teachers are ready to roll out Rooms communication to you as soon as they are given access by our district IT department.
Also, lunch calendars were sent home in agendas today and reminders for fall photo day on Friday, Aug. 23rd were sent home in agendas yesterday.
