This is an exciting time for education as most public and private nonprofit colleges and universities in Florida are incorporating online degree programs. Knowing that students and families are faced with trying to figure out the best educational route to take, OnlineColleges.net has refocused their site and its resources to provide an investigative review of the online education landscape and critically evaluate the best program available, from quality to affordability. Most importantly, they have provided scholarship information that students can leverage to help finance their education.

You can see the entire guide, along with some of its features here:

They have become a valuable resource for government entities like Florida Department of Juvenile Justice and Town of Lady Lake, Florida because of their nonbiased approach and focusing on only nonprofit public and private higher education institutions.

Okeechobee High School is home to eight Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs.  These CTE programs prepare students for occupations important to Florida and Okeechobee County's economic devlopment.  They also allow students to learn in a practical, hands-on environment.  With the help of partners in education, business and industry, and trade associations, each program includes the acadmemic and technical skills required to be successful in today's economy.  Many students leave OHS with industry certifications to help them in their careers and continuing education at the postsecondary (college) level.
